1. Scoutly Buy List
Upload the Scoutly CSV first. HQ pulls the six-digit order number from the file, checks it against Cloud HQ immediately, and leaves the original file untouched.

Destructive database reset/delete tools are intentionally not exposed here. Historical migration utilities stay on the module that owns that data until reconciliation is complete.
Packaging Employee Access
Create a restricted employee login. Packaging users see only Ready-for-Packaging bins and can record packaging time before moving a bin to Ready for Shipping. Employees sign in with a username and password; no email address is required.
Amazon Imports
Import Amazon Monthly Unified Transaction reports into Cloud HQ.

Use the Monthly Unified Transaction CSV downloaded from Amazon. HQ detects the reporting period and checks the import history before saving.
